Open presents, and enjoy Paige's reaction when she opens a small box with a coupon good for "One Horseback Riding Lesson" {Aaaahhh!!! Are you serious? Is this real?! This is just as good as if you got me a real horse, like I've always wanted!}
Stare at our creation--a cake shaped like a present (with fondant--fun, pretty, and thoroughly un-tasty) and then grimace as you cut into it, after all that work.
