Maybe now he can have somebody teach him how to comb his hair. ;-) J/K Hey Lisa, if you get a chance check out the show "So You Think You Can Dance" I haven't scene it yet this season but it has been my favorite show in the past.
How cool that your niece was on the show. I seriously wish I had scene it! Maybe she'll make it next year. My sister Jen was telling me about how amazed she was with the BYU Ballroom team when she went to BYU. She RAVED about their AMAZING talent as we were taking a class in the ballroom at Womens Conference.
Hey, I forgot to mention my best weight loss tip. Be PATIENT. By small and simple means are great things brought to pass. It seriously took 2 yrs to loose the many many extra lbs I had after Kayla. After I had Jet I didn't have as much to loose but I broke my foot 15lbs before I was finished loosing weight. It took a lot of "starting over" to finally get into the grove long enough to get to where I'm at. Don't get mad at yourself and never stop trying. Start over as many times as it takes. Praise yourself a tun when you turn down a desert or work out. Dwell on the feeling of success when you have those successful moments. I still would like to do better. If you want more specific info email me an I'll share with you a couple things I've learned. I don't want to put my # on the internet.

Why Do We Blog?
"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experience."-- Gordon B. Hinckley, 2006
